Hey I have taken 2 videos today of my usual Ab routin

I will be uploading then with explainations and audio commentary today to my website under the "Phils Tips" section

Alright last post before I leave

I will be making videos about working out and advice and nutrition..

and I will be making podcasts and audio clips for everyones enjoyment

But other than that I am currently just sitting around on my couch typing on the computer with a tall glass of water in my hand.. Thinking about what I am going to do today factoring the gym in as one option
